Avaya Cloud Solutions: Customized Solutions for Your Business’s Needs

IP Office 500 is the small to medium hybrid system utilizing analog, digital, and VoIP headsets. The system is cost-effective from one phone to 1000. The system can also be configured for voice messaging, UC mobility, and contact centers. The system can network up to 30 sites and the Avaya software support agreement is priced low for maximum total cost of ownership.

The communication manager is Avaya’s flagship product for midsize to enterprise businesses. It supports 500 to 50,000 users on the system and can be configured with every feature imaginable, but has a market share in the contact center. The system can also be configured for analog, digital, and VoIP. A single system can network well over 100 sites and is fairly priced as well.

Avaya OneCloud

Avaya OneCloud provides private cloud solutions in a VM environment in our three co-location hardened data centers. The system works best through VoIP phones but Avaya Gateway can be installed on-site for analog and digital phones. It can grow to over 1000 users, emulates IP offices, and has features like voice messaging, UC, and contact center services.

Collaboration Services

The Avaya IX Collaboration Cloud Services app can put all of your resources and tools in one place. It integrates voice and video conferencing, tasks, sharing, and more into a single app. With this app, you can easily share documents, files, videos, and more with your coworkers and employees so that you can collaborate quickly and effectively on your projects.

Avaya OneCloud Contact Center

The OneCloud Contact Center service offers cloud services for your contact center’s unique business setup and needs. There are three levels of bundled services that can help you streamline your contact center’s services in a cloud environment. 

These services include:

  • Voice-based apps: This service offers tools such as smart matching, which pairs an agent with a customer based on key business insights and characteristics such as personality, relatability, and emotion. 
  • Digital Channels: With this service, you can connect every piece of the customer’s journey through the sales funnel. You can view every channel that they interact with so you can understand their perspective and support them before, during, and after the sale.
  • Agent Desktop: This tool gives your agents access to actionable data that can help them drive sales, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty through their customer interactions.
  • Workforce Engagement: With this tool, your agents will stay informed about their customers’ experiences. They can access customer insights, internal evaluations, automated coaching, and scoreboard assessments that will let them know how they interact with customers. When you choose which bundle you want to use, you can also choose among unlimited toll minutes, toll free services, and toll free minutes for an additional charge per contact center agent per month.
