Our maintenance plan includes monitoring your Nortel Meridian system and conducting regular check ups to make sure the system is maintaining optimal performance.

Call Center – Affiliated offers pre-sale support for call center applications. Our staff has been involved in designing world-class call centers. Affiliated has put together a team of specialist made up of our own staff and complemented by leading third party vendors to offer customers full support for call center applications. Affiliated provides consulting, design, project management, administration and maintenance on state-of-the-art call center products. Affiliated has partnered with InterVoice and Periphonics to complement Nortel’s core PBX and Call Center offerings. Affiliated has direct access to consultants and engineers when designing complex Interactive Voice Response and Computer Telephony applications. Affiliated can design, manage and implement these applications.
