To ensure a smooth implementation, we will assign a dedicated project manager who serves as the single point of contact.  Your project manager will oversee the entire process from start to finish. 

First, we will develop a plan by performing an extensive audit of your business practices.  This plan will be submitted for your approval before we move to the next step.  Next, we will build and test the solution at our facilty.  At our facilty, we will test and retest to make sure we have a solid solution so there are no surprises or unneccesary disruptions.  Finally, we will "go live" with your solution ensuring a smooth transition.
